Leighton Meester holds up her winning surfboard at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheater on Sunday (August 8) in Universal City, Calif.
The 24-year-old actress won Choice TV Actress: Drama for her work in Gossip Girl, beating out co-star Blake Lively, One Tree Hill’s Sophia Bush, House’s Olivia Wilde, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager’s Shailene Woodley.
Leighton, who was busy shooting Gossip Girl earlier this week, wore a white hot Emilio Pucci dress, Cathy Waterman jewels, Christian Louboutin shoes, Salvatore Ferragamo clutch.
