PSLV launch successful

In launching a textbook, and India in the Satellite Launch Vehicle polar (PSLV) on Monday and put into orbit successfully, and remote sensing satellite CARTOSAT - 2B and four other satellites, and after the lifting of perfection out of the port at Sriharikota space.
At the end of the countdown for more than 51 hours, and 44.4 meters tall four-stage, CBS 15, cost 260 rupees crore, blast off from launch pad at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre with the ignition of the first stage and placed the satellites in orbit, one after the other.

Comfortable with scientists, led by ISRO Chairman Dr K Radhakrishnan, also shouted, S. 2000 backbone ISRO went up in the sky is clear at 9:22 am from the spaceport on the east coast in Andhra Pradesh, about 100 km north of Chennai.
The launch of the PSLV is significant because it comes after three months of the ISRO suffered a major setback on April 15 when a satellite in geosynchronous orbit launch vehicle for - D3), which was launched using Indian design and construction of engine cooling for the first time, failed and landed in the Bay Bengal.
Cartosat - 2B is the advanced remote sensing satellite built by ISRO. This is the latest in a series of satellite Indian Remote Sensing 17 in this series.
It is intended primarily CARTOSAT - 2B to increase services of remote sensing data for users of multi-spot photo scene with spatial resolution 0.8 m and 9.6 square kilometers in area and sensitive to colors. CARTOSAT 2 - 2A and, two Indian remote sensing satellites in orbit, and provide these services at present.
A set of four satellites, including Studsat built by students of engineering colleges in seven Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, SAT from Algeria, satellites and nano-two of Canada and Switzerland, and Picot (very small) space on behalf of the Oceansat 2 accompanied CARTOSAT 2 per flight to orbit.
Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahuluwalia, and ISRO Chairman K. Kasturirangan, Dr former witnessed the launch.
"It was a wonderful experience. ISRO has made the country proud," said Ahluwalia, congratulating the scientists after take off perfect.
